Our 30-Day Return Standard
At JyBy Legacy, we stand behind the quality of every piece we curate. Should an item not meet your expectations, we welcome its return within 30 days of delivery, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Guidelines
Items eligible for return must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, unused condition
- Accompanied by all original packaging, dust bags, and documentation
- Free from wear, alterations, or personalization
Personalized & Bespoke Items
Due to their unique nature, personalized, monogrammed, or custom-ordered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please contact our Client Services team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
